Many white benign tumors arise from the scalp.

Causes:

Theory:

A cylindroma is a benign tumor of the apocrine sweat glands. They’re usually solitary, but they can be multiple in people suffering from the genetic syndrome cylindromatosis, which forms this morphology. It’s also called “turban tumor”.
